Phase 1 · the firm

Before we position anyone, we read the firm, the way a buyer reads it.

Everything on these screens is read off their own site on 2026-09-23. Nothing is inferred, and where the site says nothing we say so rather than fill it in. Seven screens, about ten minutes, and it ends with the one thing that has to be decided: what Asia-Connect is going to be known for, and which signals we screen the market for.

50 case studies, 0 named clients, 0 testimonials, 0 client logossearched every page for them; this is the finding, not a gap in our reading
The last line is the whole commercial problem. Asia-Connect sells “we have already done this, in your country” and publishes nothing a buyer can check. 25 named operators is a real asset and it is currently presented as a directory; 11 sectors claimed with no engagement behind any of them reads as availability, not as evidence.

The only voice the firm publishes

“At Asia-Connect, we run growth and transformation projects, provide true leaders and secure results. Across Asia.”

Patrick Laredo, Chairman · from the letter on their home page · his LinkedIn

There is no manifesto page here, and that is a finding rather than a gap in our reading. The firm's public voice is one signed letter and 25 biographies. That points somewhere useful: at Asia-Connect the people ARE the argument, so the setup runs one partner at a time.

What the blog does instead of proof

  • How Interim Leadership Helps Businesses During Change
  • Why Businesses Need a Temporary Management Solution
  • Best Business Crisis Management practices in 2026
  • When Should Companies Use Interim Management

Three posts explaining what interim management is, written by a firm of 25 people who have each run the job. The category is being explained; the bench is not being shown doing the work. One traced engagement, even with the client's name removed, is worth more than all three.

Phase 1 · assessment 1 of 3

Your website, read as a buying decision, not as a website.

We are not judging design, speed or copywriting. One question: does a chairman whose country MD walked out last week, with three tabs open and four minutes, work out that you are the answer and that you can prove it?

Read in 4 minutes

A site that describes a real business accurately and gives a stranger nothing to verify.

What produced each score

read off https://asia-connect.partners/ on 2026-09-23
Names a problem the buyer has 6/10"When key executives leave unexpectedly" is a real moment, stated first, in the buyer’s words rather than theirs.
Distinct from the alternatives 3/10"We are more than consultants" is the only differentiation on the site, and every interim firm says it.
Proof a stranger can check 1/1025 named partners with real employers, and zero cases, clients, testimonials or logos. The proof is the bench and it is filed as a directory.
Qualifies, and disqualifies 2/1011 sectors and 13 markets, no stated minimum, nothing refused. A firm that refuses nothing has no specialism.
Somewhere to go when convinced 3/10A contact form, and a Careers page that asks for a CV. The clearest call to action on the site is aimed at supply, not demand.
Consistent across the three lines 5/10The three services are genuinely distinct and stay distinct. The Domains page then blurs them across 11 sectors.

The honest summary

The site is accurate, and a stranger cannot verify a single thing on it.

Everything a buyer needs is nearly there: a real moment named first, three distinct services, 25 operators with checkable histories. Then it stops. No engagement, no client, no outcome, no refusal, and the clearest call to action on the site asks executives to send a CV. You are not short of substance. You are short of one traced piece of work.

One point above the website

A page that publishes well and proves nothing. The habit is already there, which is why the rest is worth fixing.

Start here

The page has 3,657 followers. Franck Euvrard has 23,573 on his own.

The official company page holds a seventh of what one partner holds by himself, and about a tenth of what three partners hold between them. Whatever budget or attention goes into the page, the audience is already somewhere else: it is standing behind individual people who publish alone. That settles the order of work, and it is the same conclusion the bench screen reached from a different direction.

What produced each score

read from the page itself · baseline frozen 2026-09-23
Names a problem the buyer has 5/10The tagline names the gap; the About leads with "temporary executive management", which is the category, not the moment.
Distinct from the alternatives 3/10"One company. One team. Deeply rooted in Asia." is the only differentiating line, and it is about them rather than about what the buyer gets.
Proof a stranger can check 2/10The posts describe real situations with genuine operating detail, and name no client, no mandate and no outcome.
Qualifies, and disqualifies 2/10Nothing refused here either, exactly as on the website.
Somewhere to go when convinced 4/10"Contact Asia-Connect" closes the posts, which is more than the site offers, but there is no link, no diagnostic and no first step smaller than a conversation.
Publishes consistently 7/10Ten updates, the newest 4 days old and the oldest about a month: a real editorial habit, and the hardest part to buy.

Why engagement is blank and not zero. Reaction and comment counts are hidden from a logged-out reader. We could not see them, which is a fact about our access and not about your posts. Paste one post's figures and this row fills in; until then it stays empty rather than reporting our limit as your result.

What is genuinely good

  • A real editorial habit. Ten updates, newest 4 days old, oldest about a month. Habits are the hardest part of this to buy and you already have one.
  • The posts contain actual operating detail. "Nobody owns the whole. Each function delivers its part. The dependencies between them belong to no one. That is where the schedule slips." That is a practitioner writing, and a buyer can tell.
  • The posts end with an ask. "Contact Asia-Connect" is more than the website offers anywhere.

What costs you the most

  • 20 employees attached against 25 partners published. The bench is the product and the page hides most of it. This is free to fix and it is the single cheapest win here.
  • Filed as "Business Consulting and Services". That is the category of every consultancy on the platform, including the ones you are not. The algorithm cannot tell you apart from them, so it does not try.
  • No client, no mandate, no outcome in ten posts. Same gap as the website, on the surface buyers check first.
  • The ask has no link behind it. A convinced reader has to go looking for you.

Both surfaces say the same thing, and neither one proves it.

A buyer sees both, in this order: a partner’s profile first, because that is who messaged them or spoke at the event, then the site to check the firm is real. Here is what they conclude.

The one sentence

Two consistent surfaces, one missing ingredient, and the audience is standing somewhere else entirely.

This is not a contradiction problem: the site and the page agree. It is a proof problem, and an audience problem. Nothing either surface says can be checked, and the 3,657 people following the page are outnumbered more than eight to one by the followers of three individual partners. Fixing the page first would be polishing the smallest room in the house. Take one partner’s real history, turn it into one checkable offer, and let the firm inherit the proof rather than assert it. Then repeat, 24 more times.

What this means for the partners

Every partner we position inherits the firm’s silence. If the firm proves nothing, each partner carries the proof alone, which is exactly what Franck Euvrard already does and what the other 24 do not.

Which is why we do not wait for the firm. We set up one partner now, and each partner’s positioning forces one firm decision at a time, in the order the business actually feels it.

The alternative, fixing the firm first, means agreeing one position across 11 sectors and 13 markets before anybody publishes anything.

››››››››››
Phase 1 · what they sell

Three lines, and they are three different businesses.

Their own words are on the left of each card. The line underneath is ours, and it is the whole reason this platform has to be built differently for Asia-Connect than for a consulting firm: it says what has to be TRUE at an account before that service can be sold at all.

Executive Leadership on Demand

“When key executives leave unexpectedly, Asia-Connect rapidly deploys experienced C-suite leaders to ensure stability, maintain strategic momentum, and keep operations on track.”

Bought when a C-level seat is empty and the business cannot wait

Project Management for Business Success

“From market entry and M&A to digital transformation, Asia-Connect provides expert leadership to drive complex projects, ensuring efficiency, execution, and measurable results.”

Bought when a programme is announced and nobody local is leading it

Crisis Management & Business Recovery

“In times of disputes, financial strain, or operational disruptions, Asia-Connect mobilizes seasoned leaders to restore stability, manage risks, and implement effective recovery strategies.”

Bought when something has gone publicly wrong and somebody must own it
Why this changes the machine, not just the copy. A firm selling a project is bought on a decision: there is a budget, a committee and usually a published tender, so the market can be screened for announcements. Asia-Connect is bought on an absence: a seat that emptied, a programme with nobody leading it, a situation somebody has to take over. The buyer is in a hurry and the event is frequently something the company would rather not publicise. That is a harder screen and a better business, and it means the trigger list on screen six is not a translation of anyone else's.

››››››››››
Phase 1 · firm offering

One offer, written in one sentence, and the home page rebuilt around it.

Asia-Connect says its positioning is Executive Leadership on Demand and nothing else. That is a decision the website has not made yet: it still sells three lines of equal weight. Below is the offer stated once, then the live page and the rebuilt page side by side, scrolling together.

The offer, in one sentence

For a company whose C-level or country-manager seat has just emptied in Asia or the Gulf: the seat is held and the business keeps deciding while the permanent search runs its proper course, because a partner who has already held that role in that market takes the chair within fourteen days and carries it until the permanent hire walks in.

“The seat is empty. We sit in it.”

Not for. Anyone wanting advice, a diagnostic or a deck, a role below C-suite or country manager, or a market outside the thirteen.

Every change, and why

8 changes
1

One offer, and the other two are gone

Today

Three service cards of equal weight, so the page answers "what do you do" instead of "what do I do about this".

Rebuilt

Executive Leadership on Demand and nothing else. Project Management and Crisis Management are off the page. A page that sells one thing can be checked; a page that sells three is a brochure.

2

The headline names the moment, not the category

Today

"Solving Leadership Gaps and Business Challenges Across Asia."

Rebuilt

"When the seat empties, we sit in it." The buyer recognises his own week in the first line, which is the only thing that buys a second line.

3

It opens on a scene the buyer has lived

Today

A welcome, then three cards, then a letter.

Rebuilt

"A seat goes empty on a Tuesday." Then the part nobody says out loud: a leadership gap does not announce itself with a crisis, it announces itself six months later in a number. It lands on "That is the only problem we solve."

4

The chairman moves to the front and signs with his face

Today

Patrick Laredo’s letter is the last thing before the contact block, and his name is plain text.

Rebuilt

He opens the argument instead of closing the page, in the first person, with his photograph. He is the only person the site quotes, so he is credibility the firm already owns and does not use.

5

The page refuses four kinds of work

Today

Nothing is refused anywhere on the site.

Rebuilt

A "Do not call us if" block: advice only, cheapest hands, below C-suite, outside the thirteen markets. Refusing is what makes everything else on the page checkable.

6

Five benefits became three moves with dates on them

Today

Deep Roots, Execution-Focused, Cross-Cultural Alignment, Strong Industry Experience, Agile & Tailored. Every competitor claims the same five.

Rebuilt

Week 0 the shortlist, week 2 the partner in the chair, month 6 to 12 the handover with a written decision log. A promise with a date is a promise that can fail, which is why it is believed.

7

The form asks one question instead of five

Today

First name, last name, company, email, message.

Rebuilt

"Which seat is empty?" The role, the market, when it emptied, and an answer in seventy two hours including the answer that none of our partners has held it. Candidates are routed elsewhere in one line instead of competing with buyers for the same form.

8

Nothing was invented to fill the gaps

Today

0 case studies, 0 named clients, 0 testimonials, 0 logos.

Rebuilt

Still zero. The only figures on the rebuilt page are ones counted on their own pages: 25 partners, 13 markets. No percentages, no revenue claims, no borrowed logos. The gap is real and the fix is a traced mandate, not better copy.

The honest summary

Nothing here is new information about the firm. It is the same firm, deciding what to lead with.

Every sentence in the rebuilt page is built from something already published on https://asia-connect.partners/: the three services, the chairman’s letter, the 25 biographies, the 13 markets. The page gets stronger by removing two thirds of what it sells and refusing four kinds of work. The one thing it still cannot do is prove a mandate, and no rewrite will fix that.

››››››››››
Phase 1 · the bench

25 partners across 13 markets. That is the product.

Most firms selling into Asia sell a methodology and fly people in. Asia-Connect publishes 25 named executives who have already run the job in the country, which is a claim a buyer can check in about a minute. It is the strongest asset the firm has and the site currently presents it as a directory.

11 sectors against 25 partners is the tension to resolve in phase 2. A firm that claims every sector is read as a staffing desk; a partner who owns one is read as an operator. This is settled per partner, not for the firm.

An authority score measures behaviour: whether somebody publishes, how regularly, and whether anyone responds. It is not a follower count and it is not a job title. Right now we hold posting data for 0 of 25, so 25 rows appear here and 0 of them can carry a score.

The scores in that column are an illustration, not a measurement. An authority score needs posting behaviour, and we hold it for nobody on this bench, which is exactly what the column above is showing: one partner at 9 and everyone else under 6 is what this firm looks like when one person publishes and twenty-four do not. The only number on this platform read from real evidence is Franck's own 1/10.
All 25 partners, 142,117 followers, and a company page with 3,657. The bench reaches 39x more people than the firm's own page does, and it does it entirely by accident: these are personal networks built over careers, not an audience the firm created or can direct. Nothing the firm publishes goes near them. That gap, 142,117 against 3,657, is the whole business case for phase 2, and it is now measured rather than asserted.
The one thing still missing, for all 25 of them. We now hold an audience figure for every partner. What we do not hold for a single one is whether they post, and how recently, and that is the thing that actually decides an authority score. It is why the column above is an illustration: a follower count tells you the size of a room, not whether anyone has spoken in it.
The spread is already the argument for the product. Frederic Gomer has 26,047 followers, Sandyani Sulistyaningtyas has 274. Same firm, same seniority, same bench: a 95x difference in reach that nobody planned. The firm's audience today is a handful of personal accidents rather than a system, and that is exactly what phase 2 changes, one partner at a time.
And the two largest audiences in the firm both publish nothing. Frederic Gomer and Franck Euvrard hold 49,620 followers between them, more than the firm's own page has ever reached, and to a logged-out reader neither of them has posted. That is not a content problem. It is an asset the firm already owns and has never switched on.
››››››››››
Phase 1 · what we cannot prove

Three things are missing, and the screen says so rather than filling them in.

This is the screen most setups do not have. It exists because an offer we cannot prove is still a real deliverable, while an invented proof is a liability that surfaces in front of a client. Each of these changes what phase 1 is allowed to claim.

No published case studies or named client references

Their site describes what they do in every sector and names no engagement. So the offer can be defined and cannot yet be proven, and the proof has to come from the partners themselves.

What the 25 partners publish, if anything

We read the company page because a firm publishes it to be read. We do not read personal profiles, so the one input an authority score actually needs has to come from you. The page posts every few weeks to 3,657 followers; whether Franck’s 23,573 ever hear from him is the difference between a good profile and authority.

The screening triggers are proposed, not yet run

A market with published tenders can be screened on announcements. Interim leadership is bought on departures, stalls and disputes, and most of those are never announced. The families below are derived from your three service lines and need your sign-off before a screen runs at scale.

The first one is the one that matters commercially. Asia-Connect describes what it does in 11 sectors and names no engagement anywhere on the site. For a firm whose entire proposition is “we have already done this, in your country”, that is the gap between a credible claim and a checkable one. One traced engagement, even with the client's name removed, changes what every partner can post.
››››››››››
Phase 1 · signals to screen

Eight signals, proposed and not yet run.

These are derived from the three service lines, one family each, so every signal maps to something Asia-Connect can actually sell the day it appears. They need your sign-off before a screen runs at scale, because a screen that looks like it is working and finds the wrong events is worse than no screen at all.

Read the third column before the first two. It is the honest difference between this market and a software market. A system tender is published, so it can be found reliably. A JV dispute and a quiet executive exit usually are not, and a screen that promises to catch them would be selling you a number it cannot produce. Expect the high rows to carry the volume and the low rows to arrive late, from a human, or not at all. That is a fact about the market and we would rather print it here than explain it after a quarter of thin results.
››››››››››
Phase 1 · next

The firm is read. The next step is one human.

Phase 1 says what Asia-Connect is and what it can prove. Phase 2 takes one partner and turns that reading into one offer: who it is for, the outcome, the mechanism, and the proof to lean on. One partner at a time on purpose, because a position that fits all 25 fits none of them.

Who we recommend first

our recommendation

Franck Euvrard. 30 years across automotive, engineering services and IT, in India, Japan, China and Vietnam, at Faurecia, VinFast, Tata Technologies, KPIT. Four employers a buyer already knows, which makes every claim he makes checkable in about a minute.

And he has already written his own position, in one sentence. He led a French group in India, then an Indian group in France: both sides of the headquarters conversation. Not one of the other 24 partners can say that. It names a situation rather than a seniority, which is exactly what an offer has to do.

One alternative you can pick instead. Patrick Laredo is the only person the site quotes today, so he carries the firm's public voice. Starting with him would be the better launch; starting with Franck is the better demonstration, because there is room to show movement.

All 25 partners. Franck is selected; change it here and phase 2 starts with whoever is chosen.

What phase 2 needs, and what it does not

Needs

  • The partner’s LinkedIn headline, About and recent posts.
  • Any engagement we may describe, even with the client’s name removed. One is enough to change what the whole bench can claim.
  • Which of the three lines he is sold under, if it is not all of them.

Does not need

A brand exercise, a tone of voice document, or a content calendar. The firm’s problem is not that it is described badly: it is that 25 checkable operators are presented as a directory, and no engagement is named anywhere on the site.
